I asked for a natural look, but it ended up looking like Pinocchio. Anyone can tell it was a surgically altered nose, and it does not suit my face. You can just think of it as the nose being the only thing you notice. The director said it turned out very pretty and well done. I guess aesthetic sense is lacking. Right now, the tip cartilage is visible too. The director says it can be easily covered with dermis, but reopening the nose is not an easy thing either, and there was no mention before surgery that it could show through. Should I just be glad there were no complications like inflammation? It was not unfriendly when I went back, but even though I had surgery there, charging a consultation fee feels a bit off. The surgery was not even done well.
