I had silicone put in the bridge with autologous costal cartilage, and also had the hump reduced, bulbous nose correction, septal extension, and nasolabial angle correction. Because of work, I had the splint removed on day 5, and once the splint came off, instead of the smooth bridge I expected, there was a step like that It’s the area where the hump was reduced, and it’s only been a week, so is this just swelling or was the reduction not done well?? I haven’t been able to sleep for two nights
