I had inflammation in early last year, but it had gone down. But now the start of the nose silicone feels like it's floating, and it feels sunken I want to remove it, but the basic price everyone says is 1000 to 800, so the cost is not exactly light either, so I've just been enduring it... If I leave it like this, will it get worse?
