I visited three hospitals, and all three said they would use the septum, ear cartilage, and silicone, so I decided to go with these materials. The director only does noses, so I felt I could trust him, and it was also nice that he only does two surgeries a day. But it is so popular that there was about a one-hour wait for the consultation. Still, the director explained how my nose would turn out, made adjustments, and pointed out the areas I had thought were lacking, so in the end I decided to do it here.
