Cheekbone Surgery Reviews

[Clinic A] community review

I had always felt that my square jaw made my face look broad and flat, and whenever I took photos I was busy hiding my jawline. After surgery, I am truly experiencing a whole new world. From the consultation, the surgeon carefully checked the nerve-line position using CT and honestly explained that surgery should be planned according to the overall proportions and balance of the face for safety and naturalness, rather than simply shaving off as much as possible. I underwent a natural long-curve resection to avoid a sharp jaw or a secondary angle, and the line leading to the chin became slim and smooth rather than bulky. For about a week immediately after surgery, the tightness and swelling were uncomfortable, and eating a liquid diet was difficult, but after the first month, as the major swelling went down, it became visibly clear that my jawline was being refined. Now the side profile remains natural while the front-view reduction effect is also definite, and people around me often ask whether I lost weight or say that my facial features look more defined. The surgeon checked my progress carefully, and the clinic’s aftercare, including swelling lasers and radiofrequency care, also made recovery easier. I thought very carefully about this major bone surgery and visited many clinics, but I am extremely satisfied that my line turned out safe and refined without excessive resection.
