The consultation was professional, and they clearly said when something could not be done. The coordinator followed the director's opinion, and the director rarely suggested additional procedures. The surgery felt focused on avoiding a bad result rather than pursuing my personal aesthetic preferences. However, there is absolutely no need to worry about a sausage-like fold. Perhaps because it is a clinic that also performs major surgeries, they treated eye surgery as extremely simple and seemed overly manualized. The line design and consultation style also felt like they followed a manual. T_T I felt the service and satisfaction were disappointing considering what I paid. My eyes are difficult for line formation, so I may need a revision, and if I could go back, I would probably choose another place. Also, the waiting time was long every time. Since the staff were constantly calling patients' names in a hectic manner and there were many people, I often skipped seeing the coordinator or director except during the initial surgery contract and consultation. Even when I waited to see them, the coordinator would interrupt the conversation to take phone calls, giving a strong impression of wanting to process things quickly.
