I'm chubby, but I really wanted to wear long boots this winter, so I got calf Botox. Honestly, my calves didn't get dramatically slimmer, but I can wear wide-shaft long boots now. The clinic kept recommending that I get fat-dissolving injections together too, but I felt like I needed to diet overall, so I just didn't get them haha. I think I'll need to lose weight for my calves to get slimmer. People like me who have a lot of fat on their calves probably shouldn't expect their legs to become thin. Still, my calves used to be so hard that I would scream if someone even touched them, and they cramped every day, but now they're soft. I like that the split, bulky calf-muscle shape like a soccer player's is gone. My calf muscle bulges were so big and hard that even a very light massage hurt so much, so I wondered how I was supposed to loosen them, but thankfully it helped.. But I definitely do feel some weakness. When I wear heavy shoes or go up stairs, I don't have strength..
