If you get under-eye fat repositioning when you’re young, do you not need to do it later?

I’m in my very early 20s, and my under-eyes are very slightly sunken.. The doctors did say it seems like I could do it later too, but I’m really debating whether to do it together with double eyelid surgery Is it okay to get under-eye fat repositioning when you’re young..? Then when I get older later, would I not need to do it? It’s not a major surgery, right?? Please give me some advice
