About 3 years ago, the first surgery I ever had was double eyelid surgery I thought my face would change dramatically if I just got double eyelid surgery, but it didn’t Sometimes I wonder if there would have been a clearer change if I had also gotten epicanthoplasty or ptosis correction, but I’m satisfied because I can do my makeup without using double eyelid tape Thinking about it now, I think the doctor was skilled and conscientious When I asked if I could get epicanthoplasty, he told me not to because my eyes would look too close together, and when I asked if he could set the line higher, he said it wouldn’t suit my eye shape and didn’t recommend it Back then I was like, why is he telling me not to do everything, but now I think it was right that I didn’t do it I’m really glad he set the line low Anyway, with double eyelid surgery, I think if you’re debating whether to do it or not, it’s better not to agonize over it and just get it done quickly
