It’s been more than 2 years since I got LASEK, and I regret not doing it sooner I’m a scaredy-cat, so after only reading posts online, I thought that if LASEK went wrong I’d end up blind like Sim Bong-sa, so I didn’t do it Then one by one my friends got it done and talked about it like it wasn’t a very scary surgery, so I did it, and I’m satisfied because I don’t have to wear contact lenses anymore Of course, my eyes are definitely dry after surgery -> it was the same when I wore lenses, so it’s okay If I’m not in good condition, glare/halos are severe -> being free from lenses is better than the discomfort from glare/halos For someone like me who can’t manage contact lenses well, I think it’s a good surgery I’m learning swimming these days, and it’s nice that I can see well even at the pool haha When I heard my friend say they got prescription swimming goggles, I thought I did well getting LASEK
