I asked them to book my appointment for an afternoon slot, but they said they have to coordinate the schedules of the anesthesiology director and the eye surgery director, so they can only give me an approximate time. They said they’ll confirm the exact time the day before, or if an earlier patient changes their date, my time could be moved up. Is this normally how it works?
