I booked a consultation because it seemed to be a clinic focused on revision eyelid surgery and highly complex eye cases. I consulted with the surgeon first and then the coordinator. The surgeon looked at my eyes and professionally explained how surgery should be done while showing photos. Since it was revision surgery, I was worried and asked many questions, and they kindly answered each one. Since it had only just been over six months since my previous surgery, they said the adhesions still seemed severe and it would be better to watch for a few more months before proceeding. That made me trust them more as well, because other places said it could be done immediately whenever I wanted. I did not leave a deposit because I think I need to deliberate more, but so far this is the clinic I liked most.
