Since I have already had rhinoplasty once, I think I need to be more careful, as they should properly assess the inside of my nose and any scarring rather than merely creating a pretty shape. I am also looking at Honesty now; I heard that for revision surgery they check the nasal interior with CT and an endoscope, and even show photos of the previously inserted materials after removal. They handle many severe contracted-nose cases like mine, so I am thinking of adding them to my list. What other clinics should I look at for revision surgery for a contracted nose? T_T
