My nose is small, my septal cartilage is small, and my nasal skin doesn’t stretch well, so I was told it won’t look dramatic unless I use costal cartilage. At a few clinics, they said they’d try to do as much as possible with ear cartilage, but at one clinic, they strongly said that if I use ear cartilage, my nose will 100% droop, so I need to use costal cartilage. I really didn’t want to use costal cartilage because I have a strong impression that it’s risky, but I do want a dramatic look, so I’m torn .. For those who used costal cartilage for their first surgery, how was it ??
