My first surgery was done naturally, and it turned out well, so I'm satisfied But as my overall style has changed, my nose doesn't look pretty anymore.. I wanted it to look a bit more refined, so I started looking into revision rhinoplasty Cosmetic surgery is about self-satisfaction, after all.. haha I'm considering autologous costal cartilage, and I feel like if I go somewhere that handles it well, this time could be successful too.
