Is there a material that prevents the nasal tip from drooping?? It’s been over ten years since I had my nose done, and at that time, I used ear cartilage for the nasal tip. As time goes by, I feel like it keeps drooping little by little Would septal cartilage droop less than ear cartilage?? I don’t want to use rib cartilage
