It was revision surgery, and I had it done because I didn’t like the height and shape. They said my skin was thick and not very stretchable, and that even if they did the maximum, they couldn’t raise it as much as I wanted, so I didn’t have high expectations, but maybe because there is still swelling, it got much higher than I expected, so I’m happy haha Of course, once the swelling goes down it will get lower.. I used donated costal cartilage and ear cartilage. They said they used two pieces of ear cartilage, so I think they raised it as much as possible. I hope it doesn’t get much lower I am a bit worried because it’s donated costal cartilage.. From the front, it still looks bulky because of swelling, but since it was definitely raised a lot, I can see that the nose width has narrowed. Oh, and I also had double-chin liposuction with muscle tying, so please take the taping marks and chin swelling into account haha
