It has been about eight or nine years since my surgery. It was a clinic introduced through family acquaintances. I had a slight dorsal hump, a very low nasal bridge between the eyes, and a slim, small nose. Raising the nasal tip as much as others do would have made my nostrils look too elongated, so I raised it only enough not to look awkward. The doctor recommended ear cartilage. However, I had friends around me who used ear cartilage and needed revision because the shape changed, so I wanted to finish it in one go and used septal cartilage. There was no separate postoperative care, and I was told to come for a follow-up one month after stitch removal, but I did not go because I could not be bothered… I had surgery during the winter break of my first year of university. When the semester began, nobody knew I had surgery; they only asked whether I changed my makeup, lost weight, or somehow became prettier. At first, I regretted not raising my nasal tip more, but now that I am in my 30s, I am very satisfied with my natural nose. Unless I tell them, everyone is sure I am naturally beautiful, haha. But it photographs with great dimension, which I love. The aesthetic trend at the time of surgery is important too, but as I got older, I think if I had had that kind of nose, only my nose would have stood out and I might have decided on another revision. Everyone, you can sufficiently change the aesthetic you pursue through makeup, hair, and fashion. But I saw a review saying a different implant was used, so I became a little anxious too. I am now looking into eye surgery, and I am deliberating over whether to have it with Lee Han-sol, who gave me a satisfying nose result, or at a different eye-specialist clinic. I remember the cost was in the low-to-mid 3 million won range, through an acquaintance connection.

Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewSep 10 A genuine review of non-implant nasal-tip surgery for escaping a bulbous nose from the front (ear cartilage + septum)!
(Except for skin adjustments, the after photos have not been retouched on the nose at all.) Since childhood, my facial feature placement and overall harmony were fine, and I had double eyelids, but my bridge was slightly low and wide…
Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewSep 10 My nasal tip had dropped
I had rhinoplasty once before. Since it was my first surgery, I wanted a natural result, so I had it done using septal cartilage. But over time, my nasal tip started to droop. It felt like it actually ruined my facial proportions more. T_T
Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewSep 10 I underwent revision surgery for a compressed, damaged nose
