My under-eye hollows were more severe than I thought, so I had under-eye fat repositioning and fat grafting together. I had it done at [Clinic A]. I have prominent eyes and relatively large eyes, with only a slight amount of fat, but [Doctor A] looked at my eye condition and said it would be good to fill the hollow areas with fat grafting while repositioning the fat. I also mentioned that I had Kevensil and anterior cheek filler four months ago. They said there was no need to dissolve the injected filler, so we proceeded as it was. After surgery, my under-eye area definitely became smoother, and the hollow appearance decreased a lot. Before, the under-eye area made me look somewhat hollow and tired, but now my overall impression looks much cleaner, so I’m satisfied. It does not feel like I only added volume under my eyes; it feels more balanced overall, so I think I did well to get fat grafting too. I’m glad I had it done by [Doctor A].
