Now that three years have passed, I regret not getting an incisional procedure instead of the buried-suture method. I already had double eyelids, but wanted the outer ends to be more pronounced, so I marked the existing line. As I got older, my eyelids began to droop, and I am now looking into revision surgery. I should have gotten an incisional procedure from the beginning… I am currently looking into revision surgery with a brow lift and double-eyelid incision. If you are going to do it, I recommend getting an incisional procedure at a place that does it well.
