While having hump-nose surgery at the plastic surgery department of a university hospital, I also had my nasal tip raised without an implant. My columella became twisted, leaving my nostrils uneven. When I tell the doctor, they give the typical line that people are naturally like that and that it is not that severe, then tell me not to get revision surgery. It looks worse in photos, and it is stressing me out T_T
