I liked that the director was straightforward and seemed full of confidence in surgery. Rather than being given choices, I prefer an expert telling me what would be best and saying, “Do it this way.” That suits me perfectly. I only have aesthetic needs, while the doctor has surgical expertise, so I think it is right for them to identify that precisely. When I explained the aesthetic aspects I wanted, the doctor explained in that direction, matched my aesthetic sense, and clearly told me about the technical aspects... That was good. I did not feel pressured or that there was overtreatment.
