For those who had nasal implant removal, when you touch the columella and nasal tip not long after surgery, do they feel puffy or soft like swelling? Is that swelling? Once all the swelling goes down, has anyone’s columella and nasal tip become shorter? Not just a tiny reduction, but noticeably shorter after the swelling went down, with the columella also retracting and shortening?
