I was really unhappy after my first rhinoplasty, so I had revision surgery after two years. I think I spent over a month just researching... I visited five places for consultations and had surgery, but if I had gone here from the beginning, maybe I would not have had to go through all this trouble. At first, I had a silicone implant, but this time I had it removed and used gluteal dermis. My nostrils were thick and the nasal alae had drooped, so I also added alar lifting because of that. Autologous costal cartilage was used for the nasal tip and columellar strut. After surgery like this, I am completely satisfied with both function and contour! It did cost a fortune, but the shape came out exactly as I wanted. Compared with the emotional suffering for two years after a failed rhinoplasty, it is nothing.
