I used to lower the outer corners of my eyes with an app whenever I took photos, but that process was cumbersome, so I had surgery. Since it was 3-way canthoplasty, it has a posterior canthoplasty effect similar to lower canthoplasty, so it was perfect for me because I had been considering lower canthoplasty. The first month was difficult because of conjunctival edema, but it all disappeared after stitch removal. Now I am diligently massaging while waiting for my under-eye fat pads to return. Looking at the before-and-after photos, it seems naturally and refreshingly widened, so I like it!
