Nose Surgery Reviews

Rhinitis and an artificial-looking nasal tip resolved with my third revision

After my first rhinoplasty, I wanted a more dramatic nasal tip, so I had revision surgery a few years ago. But as time passed, my nose began to turn upward and looked too much like an upturned nose, which made me depressed... My pre-existing rhinitis also seemed to worsen, and nasal congestion made it hard to breathe, so I began considering a second revision rhinoplasty.

For my third surgery, I looked for a place that would properly correct both function and appearance, and [Clinic A] matched my criteria. There were many reviews to refer to, which I think was very helpful.

Since it was my third surgery, I was very worried and overwhelmed. I strongly told the doctor that I wanted to change the upturned appearance and the sharp, artificial-looking nasal tip into a rounder shape. The doctor said they would pay close attention to the shape of the nasal tip, which reassured me. After the splint was removed and the swelling went down, it settled in more naturally, and I like it.

Of course, my nasal congestion has also definitely improved after rhinitis surgery. Since it is an otolaryngology clinic, they also prepared the documents for private insurance reimbursement well, which was nice. It feels like I saved money because the functional nasal procedure was reimbursed.

I went through a lot of emotional hardship with even a second revision, but because the result is good, I think I can write this post with a smile... Please do not go through the same hardships I did; research your first clinic carefully before going T_T
