Even after double-eyelid surgery, my eyes still felt small, so I wanted to make them bigger and prettier, like large round eyes. That led me to look into posterior or lower canthoplasty. Then I found out there was dual canthoplasty, which combines posterior and lower canthoplasty!!!! I saw quite a few stories about subtle side effects from posterior/lower canthoplasty, as well as posts saying it was a surgery one should absolutely never get, so I deliberated a lot. While searching diligently and visiting clinics, I learned about Lowell Plastic Surgery. After a consultation, I liked it so much that I decided to have the procedure there and booked it. From the consultation onward, Dr. Kim Jae-yoon carefully examined the condition of my eyes and understood what I wanted, which made me trust him. Rather than an obviously widened look, I wanted my eyes to look naturally larger, and he understood that exactly. Also, Dr. Kim Jae-yoon at Lowell Plastic Surgery is already well known to those in the know for dual canthoplasty, which was one reason I chose him~~! I was so nervous on the day of surgery that I was trembling while waiting, but perhaps because my wait was a little long, my nervousness actually disappeared and I entered the operating room feeling excited!! I had sedation anesthesia, and I’m honestly not exaggerating: when I opened my eyes, I was in the recovery room lol. Pain levels vary from person to person, but I truly did not feel any pain at all, either during surgery or after it was over and the anesthesia had completely worn off. My face was quite swollen that day, which caught me off guard, but I took my medication diligently and worked hard on swelling care, so the swelling went down faster than expected. Above all, I chose Lowell Plastic Surgery for its natural dual canthoplasty results (posterior canthoplasty + lower canthoplasty), and I think it was truly such a good choice. My eyes were widened as naturally as I had hoped. Compared with before, my eye shape looks much more open and refreshed, yet there is no artificial look at all. Before surgery, I worried a great deal that they might look D-shaped or that I might develop side effects, but I have had none of those issues so far. Perhaps because it is a clinic known for canthoplasty, I am satisfied with the result, and the recovery process was more comfortable than I expected. For anyone who wants naturally beautifying posterior canthoplasty, lower canthoplasty, or dual canthoplasty like I did, I would recommend having a consultation with Dr. Kim Jae-yoon at Lowell Plastic Surgery!! I look so much prettier in such a natural way haha

Eye Surgery Reviews@eye-reviewSep 3 The squared scar disappeared with lateral canthoplasty reversal
