Last year, I consulted Dr. A about revision eyelid surgery. I did not like the proposed crease, and people around me also discouraged revision eyelid surgery itself, so I did not undergo surgery at all. Recently, while looking into nasal surgery, I heard Dr. B was well known and went for a consultation. Then the consultation manager said, “You consulted Dr. A last year; why did you not have surgery? ^^ Are you just going to consult and not do it again this time? ^^” in that kind of manner, which made me feel bad... Seriously, the worst manners. It is not like you must have surgery just because you receive a consultation; then I also consulted the doctor, who was very cursory. Even the doctor grilled me, asking why I had not had surgery after the eye consultation last year and whether I would not have nasal surgery too if people around me discouraged it. I was ultimately dumbfounded and so put off. The clinic was also extremely chaotic, and I left after wrapping up the consultation roughly because I felt bad. This is the first clinic I have encountered that holds grudges like this, and I do not think I will ever go back.
