This is my two-month review after stem-cell breast fat grafting with Dr. Nam Sang-jae at [Clinic A]! Until the first month, I felt that my breast volume kept decreasing, so I worried about how much would remain. After about two months, though, it now feels as though it has settled to some extent. Naturally, the very full feeling from immediately after surgery has decreased a lot, but compared with before surgery, I definitely have more volume. It feels like I have gone up about half a cup to one cup. Rather than having a fixed shape like implants, my breasts feel naturally fuller, as if they were originally mine, so I actually prefer it, haha. They also feel much softer than at first. The swelling in my upper arms and accessory-breast area, where fat was liposuctioned, has gone down a lot, so the contours are starting to show better. In particular, the area that used to bulge outward when my arms were at my sides has been smoothed out, so I am more satisfied when wearing clothes. At one month, I could not tell well because of swelling in my abdomen and waist, but by two months my waistline clearly looks more defined than before. Perhaps because of compression-garment care, the hard, lumpy areas in my abdomen early on have softened a lot as well. Some slightly firm areas remain when I touch them, but it is definitely better than at one month. The tingling in my arms and pain in the liposuction areas have mostly gone away, so daily life is not particularly uncomfortable. However, the areas are still slightly sensitive if pressed or touched firmly, so I plan to resume exercise gradually without overdoing it. At two months, I like my overall contour the most because my breasts have settled naturally and my upper arms, accessory-breast area, and waistline have all been refined together! I just hope the breast volume stays stable and does not decrease any more, haha.
