I had SMILE eye surgery at Gangnam GS Eye Clinic five years ago. I liked that the preoperative examination and surgery were completed all at once on the day of my appointment, so I did not need to set aside separate time. I am satisfied with the result. I have maintained 1.0 visual acuity to this day, so living without glasses or contact lenses has become natural. However, I think I may have developed slight astigmatism recently. It is not enough to interfere with daily life, but I plan to get a checkup soon. Even looking back after five years, it is a surgery I am glad I had.
