Previously, my columella hung down a lot, which made my nose look heavy overall, and that was what I regretted most. I am truly satisfied with the result now, and seeing my nose transformed into the shape I wanted makes me happy every time. Above all, I feel truly fortunate to have met [Doctor A] this time. I am also deeply grateful that the surgery was completed successfully, haha.
