Has anyone experienced side effects from nasal osteotomy? I only had my hump shaved down slightly, but compared to my old nose, the bone looks too bumpy and wide, so I want to have an osteotomy. But since it involves making cuts/fractures in the bone itself, I'm a little scared.. Would it be better not to do it.. Please help
