Reception -> CT payment -> CT -> ENT -> pre-consultation -> consultation with the chief doctor -> post-consultation The wait between the chief doctor and the post-consultation was really long. It was the longest wait of the six places I visited. Everything went quickly up to the pre-consultation, and even the wait for the chief doctor was long, but it was so long that I was literally about to just leave and go home while waiting, and then the manager came over and we had the consultation. The manager wasn't bad either, but there was a slight push. It wasn't uncomfortable, but the script felt too obvious. Even though I knew it was an event/service they also offered other patients, when they said they would give me a discount, it felt a bit too much like factory-style business. They said the review discount event had too many applicants, so they weren't accepting it. I was curious why the price came out that way and how each part was priced, but it seems they don't provide a detailed price breakdown separately. The doctor felt calm and very modest. They did the CT, but it felt like they barely used it, more just for reference. I had also received an ENT consultation earlier, and there was a separate charge for the CT and related costs (about 0.8). Based on the pre-consultation with the manager, the doctor explained what would be used for the nose and how it would be done. Consultation time was around 10 minutes. Because of the wait, I don't even have a sense of how long I was there. I think it was at least 1 hour 30 minutes to 2 hours. The advantage was that if I said something one week before surgery, they would refund the full deposit with no fee.

The manager for the pre-consultation and the manager for the post-consultation were different, but the post-consultation manager somehow felt more comfortable, so no complaints. From then on, the post-consultation manager handled everything. Wait time was appropriate. There was almost none, and the total time until consultation seemed to be just under an hour. The manager was not pushy and explained the detailed costs thoroughly. The chief doctor was quiet and kind. They added more of the nose shape onto the photo taken in Photoshop and showed it to me, and the shape was pretty too. What I liked most was that the doctor initially recommended alar reduction, but when I said I didn't want that kind of shape, and if it was difficult to reverse I didn't want to do it even more, they immediately gave up and said it would be better not to do it. I liked that they didn't force their own preferences and instead moved toward the shape the patient wanted. They used the CT to explain what was what very well, and also explained whether my septal cartilage size was sufficient. The consultation time was about the same as ㅂㄷㄴ below, or maybe a little longer? I said my nose seemed a little crooked to the left and right, and they said it was within the normal range. I liked the reviews for this doctor too, and the shape was really the one I wanted. But personally, the minus point was that a surgery to slightly cover the nostrils was suddenly added during the post-consultation? Other than that, there was nothing uncomfortable or bad about the consultation. At that time I was still early in the consultation process, so I didn't ask separately about aftercare. There is a condition that I have to write a photo review. I felt the criteria for the review were relatively lenient. If refunding the deposit, a fee is charged, but a refund is possible.

They didn't mention whether to do CT imaging separately, and the consultation proceeded while looking at a diagram of the inside of the nose. Personally, I don't have a good impression of the consultation here, but at least the manager was not pushy. But it's not just that there was no pushiness, there also didn't seem to be any enthusiasm, and not really any desire to explain things. What I learned from the manager? "This is a place where many people come for revision surgery." That was it. They asked me to explain what kind of nose I wanted, and while I was explaining, I wish they wouldn't keep interrupting me. They interrupted every topic and every sentence, whether it was the expected timeline, the nose I wanted, or the price. Because of that, I didn't hear any detailed pricing information, and I didn't even receive a business card. I was thinking maybe I should be grateful they didn't charge a consultation fee. The doctor was also kind and explained things in detail, but because there was no CT, it was limited, and when I asked whether donor costal cartilage was absolutely necessary, they did firmly say that if you want to build up the nose tip, it is absolutely necessary. Along with ㄴㄴ, this was one of only two hospitals that said osteotomy was needed. The doctor was speaking based on their own expertise, of course, but I don't want a major operation, so I tend to be reluctant about places that say osteotomy is necessary.

The staff were kind overall, and both the manager and the doctor were good. The wait wasn't long, it was moderate. They were very considerate about scheduling, and this was the first place where I saw actual case photos. It felt like I saw dozens of real cases. Seeing people whose noses were actually similar to mine made the overall picture easier to imagine. The manager took photos on the spot and edited them in Photoshop, but honestly, doing Photoshop on a tablet on the spot is so limited that it wasn't like "wow, so pretty!" the way ㅁㅇㄷ was; it was more like I could see that the manager was trying... The doctor consulted with a very gentle expression, and it also felt like the consultation lasted the longest. They said it would be okay to raise it higher than I had thought, and that the nose wouldn't stand out too much. Maybe because they explained it while showing examples that were really similar to my nose, this was the place I understood the most. They answered clearly about the parts I was unsure about after hearing them from other clinics, and I liked that they also considered the bridge between the eyes and the chin. When I asked whether donor costal cartilage was necessary, they said it wasn't needed at all. During the post-consultation, the manager also took photos of the nose shape I wanted, and because I worry about everything, I brought photos of nose shapes I didn't want too, and I asked them to photograph those as well lol I also asked about aftercare, and they explained it in detail. The long AS period seems to be one advantage. There is a separate cost for CT imaging, and I understand there is also a consultation fee, but because I put down a deposit, they didn't charge me separately. Overall, both the manager and the doctor seemed very confident, so the consultation experience itself was good.

Because it is a large clinic, the wait time was relatively long, but not as long as ㄴㄴ. The advantage is that if you're considering things other than just the nose, it might be worth a visit? Since it's a large clinic. The downside was that the consultation with the chief doctor was really short. I don't think I even got to show the photo of the nose shape I wanted before the consultation ended. They were kind, but they seemed so busy that it ended up being a brief consultation. I went after reading another doctor's review on a community, but when I made the appointment for a specific doctor, and even when I arrived, nobody asked about it, so I was a bit flustered. I'm not sure whether I missed the part where I was supposed to request a specific doctor, but in the end I consulted with a different doctor. The funny thing was that the manager kept calling it a hooked nose, but when the doctor came in, they said, 'It's not really a hooked nose...' and removed that wording, and then during the post-consultation the manager went back to saying it was a hooked nose...! lol The manager was pushy. They said the injections to dissolve filler could be made free if I made a same-day reservation and they would mention it separately, but like ㄴㄴ, it felt unnecessary that they used a line they also use on other patients besides me. Well, maybe it's just a matter of taste... They said even if I wrote a review, there wouldn't be much of a price discount, and that I had to put down a deposit to be told the exact event price. When I said I wasn't going to put down a deposit, they wouldn't tell me the actual price and kept pushing, so I just said no. They talked as if I could put down a deposit, negotiate the price, or just go home if I didn't, so I only thought, why are they trying to fish for something without even showing their cards...? If I ever need surgery here for another reason, I'm thinking I might ask for a different manager. The inside facilities were clean despite being a large clinic with many people using it, and I liked that it didn't have the atmosphere of being swarmed by foreigners.

Even if the corona days are nearly over, it still felt unpleasant. The doctor carefully touched the nose area while explaining things. When I asked whether donor costal cartilage was necessary, they said it wasn't needed at all. They considered things I hadn't considered at other clinics before and seemed to explain things based on the overall facial skeletal structure. The biggest advantage here seems to be that they would operate with silicone customized to my nose shape. From the reviews, this was also one of the places I was really excited about, second only to ㅇㅂㅈ, because it was very much my taste. Showing actual case photos, the AS period, and clearly explaining CCTV and the like were all good points. Places that tell you things before you ask are rare, but I think this would be good for people who are sensitive about that kind of thing. I was flustered twice during this consultation. The first time, they said the CT had been taken at an angle that wasn't straight. I just stand still as much as possible while following the nurses or staff when they tell me to move right or left, but when I stood there, the staff said nothing except, "Are you comfortable in this posture?" Based only on review photos, what I expected was ㅇㅂㅈ > ㅇㅂㄹ > ㅁㅇㄷ > the rest, but after doing the consultations, my expectations and things like that changed too haha
