My nose was already very short and upturned, and the tip was blunt and my skin was thick, so from the front my bridge was basically invisible and only the tip looked huge, a totally ruined nose.. Two years ago I had the tip extended and the bridge raised too, and although I wasn’t satisfied, I just lived with it Then all of a sudden I started wanting to do it again.. Even now my bridge is high, but I really don’t like the frontal view The hospital where I had surgery says they’ll do a free revision if I come back within 2 years, what do you think.. Winter also had a short nose and a blunt tip, but after surgery it looked high and refined, like it became thinner and sharper. It is a little obvious, but honestly even if it shows a bit, I’d rather have a frontal shape I like. I wonder if there’s a limit to how much the tip can be extended because of skin, or if doing that would make it too artificial, so that’s why I didn’t do it....
