Even compared with my friends around me, I don’t think anyone has worse dark circles than me.. I’m honestly okay with it, but it stresses me out when people sometimes say I look tired, ask if I’m tired, or say my complexion doesn’t look good.. I looked into it a bit, and it seems like under-eye filler or under-eye fat repositioning can improve it.. Between the two, which is the most effective for dark circles?? I’m looking at two clinics, Jindam and Sinsa L, but please recommend places that are good at under-eye fat repositioning or under-eye filler
