Before/before/after/after I had bulbous nose surgery and alar reduction at another hospital with no implant. There was an effect, but because of functional issues (alar collapse), it was uncomfortable to breathe, and when looking inside the nostrils, the nasal ala was visible, so I had revision surgery. Since it was revision surgery, the cost was expensive, but I trusted them and did it. Because the scar was visible as a side effect of the alar reduction, they incised that area, and as a result, my former bulbous nose is nowhere to be found; it changed into a small, high nose. At first it felt unfamiliar, but I’m satisfied. The functional issue was also resolved, though I do feel regret that if I had received it here from the beginning, my nose would have turned out even prettier.
