One month after removal of autologous costal cartilage

Hi! Everyone who saw my previous post must have been curious about how I was doing, right? I was too late Actually, after the splint came off after removal, maybe because of the contraction phase + recovery phase, my nose looked lifted and contracted, so I was careful about writing this post. So I thought that if I revised it and it still failed or I still didn't like it, it would be better to just remove it and be able to live saying, even if it's ugly, this was my nose after all, so I chose removal. Funny reason, right? As for the removal surgery, the reason I decided on nose surgery in the first place was the hump visible from the side and the droopy tip, and now the hump is gone and I really love the smooth straight line! Also, the pointed tip is becoming rounder, and the crooked columella became straight right after the autologous costal cartilage was removed. From the front, it feels similar but a little different..? Compared with my natural nose, I feel like the nostrils are more visible and the alae are spread a little more outward and rounded. And around the bridge, the side of the nostrils looks a bit slimmer than my natural nose. You should be able to see the difference in photos! People who know my natural nose say it's exactly the same, but still, it's not 100 percent identical ~~ I don't really have any major regrets about the surgery. I'm also completely satisfied with the hospital selection. The director, the manager, and the nurses were all kind and nice, and I could feel that each person paid attention to me, so I felt this hospital would take responsibility for me until the end! The nose-surgery hospital was completely factory-style and irresponsible to the core.. My nose now is not like, wow, so beautiful! but it's not flashy and it's a decent nose. I have zero intention of getting another nose revision, and I will never let a knife near my face again. I spent 10 million won on nose surgery and removal in just 6 months, but I'm just going to think of it as an expensive experience 💧💧 For everyone thinking about nose surgery, please think carefully and choose carefully. No matter how much you talk about restoration, you can never go back to a perfect natural nose, and it's costly and mentally exhausting too. And side effects can happen to anyone, and even I, who used autologous costal cartilage, developed inflammation and had to undergo irrigation 3 times. So please think a lot and choose carefully!
