The surgery cost is based on 2016, so I am not sure. It may have been higher than that... I watched the surgery video, and they do surgery very neatly. They cut the Indian retaining ligament together with eye-fat repositioning and put fat on top, and I especially liked that. Even now, almost 10 years later, it is still well maintained. At the time, I paid extra with a second fat graft in mind (storage fee), but even with just the first surgery, the problems were improved enough
