Seems like he has a lot of surgical experience. The double chin that wouldn’t go away no matter what I did with various treatments disappeared. I guess fat has to be suctioned out. If there’s a downside, it’s that there’s a slight scar where the tube went in. If you don’t know, you might not notice, but someone who has had liposuction or knows procedures well would notice right away. But there’s also scar treatment, so it doesn’t really bother me. Anyway, my side profile in particular improved a lot, so I’m satisfied. If I went back, I’d still have the surgery. It’s a little disappointing that I didn’t do the aftercare properly, but if you do it, I recommend getting a place that’s good at things like compression therapy
