Before before after after It's already week 2 since I had non-implant nasal tip surgery~~!! I wanted it to look natural and suit my face, and I wanted to avoid implants as much as possible, so I went with a non-implant approach! Even before surgery, I had a slight nasal bridge and prominent brow bones, so they said it would be okay to just lift the nasal tip. So I only did the nasal tip, and they layered ear cartilage into the step-off area hehe. It's still a bit swollen, so the step-off is visible, but my nasal tip was so low to begin with that just raising the tip slightly lifted the nasolabial angle and shortened the philtrum too, so I'm completely satisfied.. All the photos are unedited
