Nose Surgery Reviews

Private Clinic review

I went in knowing it was a clinic that does glamorous work, but their aesthetic was more glamorous than I expected? They analyze the nose aesthetically more than functionally (deviated septum, etc.) What I heard during my consultation, below: The nose looks long because the columella protrudes. They would tuck the columella in and lower the nostrils. That is different from lowering the nostrils. It is not about adding cartilage. It is because of the pillar itself. The columella is short and the nose long. If they support the septal cartilage, the nose width decreases and the tip rises. The columella cartilage is calcified. There’s no real problem. My own cartilage is weak, so it can’t support things properly. They would fix that with donated rib cartilage. Crooked nose. Because the nose is short, small, and the skin is thin, they can’t make it overly glamorous. They would reinforce the dermis. Osteotomy is only for when you really want a very glamorous result. For now, probably not necessary? The silicone bridge between the eyes can’t be raised anyway. Even if raised, it’s only 2 mm in total. Nose tip drooping: many possible reasons. Surgery should be planned by considering septal deviation, tip descent, and more. Autologous rib cartilage tends to absorb less. If I do the review event, the price drops from 7 million won to 6 million. My impression is that it is a fairly decent clinic.
