First of all, the hospital is so busy that it takes more time than expected. I think the waiting time is a bit long.. At first, it seems like they just try to do everything you complain about as is. But if you bring up your concerns and ask the doctor for an opinion, from that point on they point out only what is really needed and honestly say what isn't needed and what would be good to do.
