I’m from the provinces and it’s been about 3 years since I had bulbous nose surgery here. I swear on everything I have that this is not viral marketing.. As the reviews here say, they go for a very flashy look. That was exactly what I wanted, so I was extremely satisfied, but I would not recommend it to people who dislike an obvious cosmetic look, or who want a flat face with only the nose protruding like Pinocchio. But if, like me, you want a very high nose, you will probably be extremely satisfied. For reference, the director is not exactly super friendly or warm and affectionate, just
