Day 6 after cheekbone surgery

Before <before surgery> After <after surgery> It's day 6 since I had cheekbone surgery... haha I had always been stressed about my peanut-shaped face, but facial contouring surgery is such a dangerous surgery that I hadn't even considered it. But when I was riding the subway, my face looked kind of stair-stepped, and more than anything, whenever I introduced myself to someone, covering my cheekbones kept becoming a habit, so it was so, so stressful These days medical techniques have improved, so with the mindset of, "Surely I won't die," I got on the operating table at 10 a.m. and fell asleep right away. As for pain, for exactly one hour right after surgery it hurt so much I really couldn't stand it, and the nurse told me not to sleep, but if I didn't sleep, the pain was too much, so I just passed out, and the nurse and doctor came periodically to wake me up. The person next to me also seemed to have had cheekbone surgery and was having a really hard time, then after an hour they were using their phone. Just in case something serious happened to me from side effects of general anesthesia, I stayed at the hospital until 4 p.m. and then was discharged. Then until day 2 I didn't swell much, but on days 3-4 the swelling suddenly went up a lot, so I walked 20,000 steps a day. By day 6 the swelling went down a lot. As for eating, from the first day I ate tuna porridge, and of course I couldn't chew the vegetables inside, so I just swallowed everything down. Then on day 4 I ate Sun Chips, and on day 6 I cut stir-fried spicy pork into really tiny pieces and ate it. Phew, it's hard. Anyway, I wanted to show off my cheekbone surgery, so I'm posting this haha For those getting facial contouring, medical techniques are better these days, so don't worry too much. The real pain is only temporary❤️
