Revision rhinoplasty after multiple previous nose surgeries, alar reduction, correction of a crooked nose, nasal osteotomy, donated costal cartilage It’s been 3 weeks since I had all this done It was a revision surgery, but I’m not sure if it looks very different from before, and the discomfort + pain + severe headaches are still continuing. Maybe it’s because of the osteotomy.. or maybe because of swelling, but it feels a bit crooked Doesn’t it look slightly crooked to the left when you see it? I’m also wondering if it’s normal for the inside of the nose to hurt
