Before and after I was stressed because of my bulbous nose and eventually got surgery. My flat-looking impression improved, and the blunt feeling at the nasal tip is gone, so I like it. I was scared that if I got rhinoplasty, it would have that distinctive sharp look, but thankfully they made sure it didn’t turn out that way, so I’m grateful. Especially from the side profile, I think the bulbous nose improvement turned out well.
