Before-before <1 month> I searched really hard online and found a surgery that was perfect for me. It’s a procedure called CoGelCo!! They said it uses autologous cartilage, so the risk of side effects is almost nonexistent, and it can naturally lift the nasal tip without any foreign-body sensation, so I booked a date right away and had the surgery haha They said the surgery took about 30 minutes, and after surgery, unlike regular nose surgery, they didn’t put cotton or gauze in my nose, so there was no problem breathing at all haha And they didn’t put on anything like a splint either, just taping like in the photo, so there was no problem returning to daily life right away!! Compared with before surgery, I could definitely feel the contour of my previously low nasal tip come alive, and when I wore sunglasses, the nasal tip looked sharply defined, so I was so moved It’s been one month now, and a lot of the swelling has gone down, so the nasal tip has become sharper than at first!! The scar behind my ear has healed a lot too, and my nasal tip doesn’t hurt at all now; it just feels like my own nose haha I don’t have to worry about silicone side effects, and thinking I’ll keep living with this nose makes me happy!!
