When I looked at my nose from the front, it was blunt and that was stressful, so I started looking into bulbous-nose correction and added this clinic to my consultation list. During the consultation, the director looked at the structure of my nose and explained the size of the tip cartilage and the thickness of the skin-fat layer separately. They also explained alar reduction and repositioning of the tip cartilage, and I liked that they told me realistically how much could improve from the front. It wasn't an explanation saying they would make it just slim no matter what. Instead, they said it was important to make it slim while still matching my existing face, which made sense to me. They also showed me cases similar to mine, which was helpful as a reference. I got the impression that the director has a lot of experience with bulbous-nose cases and alar reduction cases, and that they work within a safe range without overcorrection. I think doing bulbous-nose correction and alar reduction together would be a good option
