One month after arm lipo

It has already been exactly one month since I had arm liposuction. Time really seems to have passed so quickly. The place where I had surgery was [Clinic A] Plastic Surgery Clinic with Dr. Han Seungyeop, and I decided without hesitation because of the reasonable price and the doctor’s surgical experience. It hurt a bit right after surgery, but by one month the pain was almost gone and movement feels comfortable. I had significant bruising and swelling, but my arm range of motion was good from the beginning, so I could wash my hair by myself the next day and even drive, though it was a little uncomfortable. To be honest about my current state, there is still quite a bit of swelling and firmness left. In the morning when I wake up, parts of my arms feel a little stiff or hard, and depending on the weather or how I feel, some days they look a bit more swollen. In particular, there is still some residual swelling gathered above the elbows and along the line that drops when I stand at attention, so it does not yet look dramatically slimmer. Still, compared with before surgery, the line does seem to be getting a little more refined. From what I hear from people around me, arm liposuction needs at least 3 months of steady care, and sometimes as long as 6 months, for the swelling to go down and for the arm line to settle in neatly. Right now I think it is a natural process in which the inside of the skin heals, becomes firm, and then loosens up again. I plan to keep doing light stretching and post-care massage steadily, and wait patiently without getting too anxious about the swelling in front of me. Since I started this trusting Dr. Han Seungyeop, I believe that once the remaining swelling is fully settled, I will have a truly smooth and delicate arm line!
