I feel bad that the consultation was free because they were so thorough and meticulous. If you're uncomfortable with the doctor speaking informally, it might bother you, but for me it felt like the director was consulting with me as if I were their niece, so it was fine. They also kept saying things like, "If it were my own niece, I’d do this" and "I wouldn’t recommend that" haha. They listened well to my whole-face balance concerns and what I was worried about, and I liked that they also offered their own opinion. Out of all the clinics I've been to so far, it was the best just in terms of the consultation!
